On 29 October, the EuroNest Parliamentary Assembly took place at the National Assembly of Armenia under the theme “Armenia–EU Synergy: Advancing Resilience, Innovation, and Integration.” The event was organized by the German Eastern Business Association, the European Parliament, and EBA Armenia. The German Business Association as well as several of its member companies also took part in the event.
Representatives of the European Parliament, the Armenian Government, the EU Delegation, and leading companies from Europe, Armenia, and the region discussed investment, innovation, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and the deepening of cooperation between the EU and Armenia.
Among the participants were, among others, Sergey Lagodinsky, Co-President of the EuroNest Parliamentary Assembly; Alena Akulich, Regional Director for Eastern Europe at the German Eastern Business Association; and H.E. Claudia Busch, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Armenia.
