
On 25 September, the German Business Association organized a workshop for its members entitled “Category Management: A Key to Effective Business in Modern Retail.” The training was led by Haykanush Tonoyan, an expert from the ECR (Efficient Consumer Response) Association.
During the event, participants learned about the category management method, its key features, its application by leading global companies, and the effectiveness of this approach. Different types of shoppers and their behaviours in various situations were also discussed. Theoretical knowledge was reinforced through practical group exercises.
